By accessing the 6svipb Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wagers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6svipb. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and not create an Account.
You further acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions may be supplemented by additional rules specific to individual Games, promotions, or services. Such supplementary rules will be made available on the relevant pages of the Platform and shall form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
To use the 6svipb Platform and participate in gaming activities, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. 6svipb operates strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers will be voided, and funds may be confiscated.
The 6svipb Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and placing wagers. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, mobile device GPS data, or other technical means. Access from restricted territories may result in Account closure.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal incapacity, guardianship, or conservatorship that would prevent you from entering into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have proper authorization to do so.
You confirm that you have not self-excluded from gambling activities with 6svipb or any other gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded from our Platform or any affiliated service, you must not attempt to create a new Account until the self-exclusion period has fully expired. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures is a material breach of these terms.
To access gaming services on 6svipb, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card or KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile telephone number. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
6svipb operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and verify Account holder identities. You may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions including suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or wagering capabilities.
You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with 6svipb. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If we detect duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual through matching personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or behavioral patterns, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all wagers placed from those Accounts, and confiscate all funds. Only the original Account may remain active at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify 6svipb customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to be authorized by you, and you will be responsible for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account, even if conducted by unauthorized third parties, unless you have notified us of the security breach prior to such activities.
6svipb accepts deposits via bank transfer from major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata. All deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method and Account tier. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 2-10 minutes of successful bank confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by 6svipb in writing. You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement for deposited funds). Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence and require up to 24 hours for security review. Subsequent withdrawals to verified bank accounts are typically processed within 5-15 minutes for standard members and instantly for VIP members.
Withdrawal limits are determined by your Account tier. Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per 24-hour period. Silver members may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per 24-hour period. Gold members enjoy unlimited withdrawal amounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers. We reserve the right to adjust withdrawal limits based on Account activity, verification status, and risk assessment.
6svipb operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately frozen, and all funds will be confiscated pending investigation. You agree that we may share information about your Account and transactions with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when required by law or when we reasonably suspect illegal activity.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 6svipb are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in promotional communications. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to players who have completed Account verification (KYC) and are in good standing. Each bonus may only be claimed once per Account, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple Accounts or coordinated play constitutes fraud.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Only real money wagers count toward wagering requirements. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates and excluded games will be detailed in each promotion's terms.
While wagering requirements are active, maximum bet limits apply. The maximum bet per spin or round while clearing bonus wagering requirements is typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied. Bonuses may have expiration dates by which wagering requirements must be completed, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
6svipb reserves the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated play with other players, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk, or any other activity that we deem to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Our determination of bonus abuse is final.
All Games available on the 6svipb Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization equipment subject to regular auditing. Game outcomes are determined immediately when the game round begins and cannot be altered by 6svipb or any third party. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel and represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage based on millions of game rounds.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems, the game round will complete automatically based on your last confirmed action. For slots and automated games, the spin will complete and results will be recorded. For live dealer games, the hand will complete following standard house rules, and your bet will stand. You can review the outcome in your transaction history once you reconnect. If a disconnection is caused by a Platform malfunction, the affected game round may be voided and stakes returned.
In the rare event that a game malfunction occurs, all affected game rounds and payouts will be voided. We will investigate the malfunction and may refund affected stakes at our discretion. Malfunctions include but are not limited to: incorrect RNG behavior, display errors that misrepresent game outcomes, or communication errors between game servers and your device. You must report suspected malfunctions to customer support immediately.
Sports betting markets on 6svipb are settled according to official competition results. Settlement rules for various bet types including Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay, and other markets are detailed in our sportsbook rules section. Bets are typically settled within 1 hour of the event conclusion. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific rules apply as detailed in our sports betting terms. We reserve the right to void bets or adjust odds if we detect palpable errors or receive incorrect information from data providers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6svipb Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, voiding of all wagers, and confiscation of all Account funds. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6svipb's liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform is limited as follows:
9.1 Total Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims of any kind will not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
9.4 Third-Party Content: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, games, or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and do not endorse any third-party products or services.
9.5 Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for ensuring that your gambling remains within your financial means. 6svipb provides responsible gaming tools, but you remain ultimately responsible for your own gambling behavior.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all available funds (subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification). If you have active bonus funds or pending bets, those will be voided upon Account closure. You may reopen a closed Account by contacting support, subject to our approval and compliance with these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Common grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, violation of responsible gaming policies, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any activity that we deem harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon Account termination, all active bonuses and bonus winnings will be forfeited. If the Account is terminated for breach of these terms, we reserve the right to confiscate all funds in your Account Balance. If the Account is closed in good standing, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Following termination, you must not attempt to create a new Account or access the Platform through alternative means.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law to the extent permissible. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 6svipb Platform should first be addressed through our customer support channels. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with international arbitration procedures. The arbitration will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You expressly waive any right to bring claims as a class action, collective action, or representative action. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class member or representative. This arbitration clause does not prevent us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property or prevent fraud.
